Sometimes it’s hard to find a holiday that will make everyone in the family happy. There are enchanting castles, and stately homes, some of them are even said to be haunted. Cumbria has some of the darkest skies in the country, so after nightfall explore the heavens and amaze at the millions of stars overhead.

From live concerts in the park to mountain festivals, music festivals of every genre you can think of plus street carnivals and traditional country shows.
